Patient details :
17 year male presented with complaints of progressively increasing hard swelling on the face near angle of the left mandible.
Clinical Observations:

There is an expansile lytic heterogeneous soft tissue lesion centred on the left mandibular angle with cortical thinning and areas of cortical breach. The lesion measures approximately 6.6 x 3.6 x 3.8 cm.
NCCT features are suggestive of Ameloblastoma.
The bilateral maxillae, maxillary sinuses, their alveolar processes and hard palate are normal. The frontal, ethmoidal and sphenoid sinuses are normal. The cribriform plate and bilateral fovea ethmoidalis are normal.
Bilateral nasal bones are normal.
Nasal septum is mildly deviated towards left . Bilateral nasal turbinates are normal in size and attenuation.
Bilateral orbits, bilateral orbital walls and orbital contents are normal in attenuation. No hyperdense foreign body is noted.
Bilateral zygomatic arches are normal with no fracture or focal lesion. Bilateral pterygoid bones and pterygoid plates are normal.
The right mandibular arch, rami and alveolar process are normal. Bilateral temporomandibular joints are normal in alignment with no dislocation.
Visualized bilateral petrous temporal bones are normal. No hyperdense contents are seen in the bilateral ear cavities or mastoid air cells.
Visualized cervical spine and cranio-vertebral junction are normal.
The visualized cerebral parenchyma is normal in attenuation and with normal gray-white matter differentiation. No focal lesion is noted.
The visualized calvarial bones are normal with no fracture or focal lesion. The visualized scalp soft tissue are normal in attenuation.
IMPRESSION
NCCT face features are suggestive of large expansile lytic soft tissue lesion of left mandible – ?Ameloblastoma.
Advise- Histopathological correlation.
