Medical Observations
Liver
- Normal in size with uniform density.
- No focal lesions or abnormal enhancement observed.
- Portal and hepatic veins appear normal.
Common Bile Duct (CBD)
- An obstructing distal end CBD calculus measuring approximately 7 x 5 mm is present at the ampulla of Vater.
- Associated with extra- and intrahepatic biliary dilatation.
- The CBD is dilated, measuring 12 mm in maximum diameter.
Gallbladder (GB)
- No radio-opaque calculi observed.
Pancreas
- Normal size and density.
- No calcification, obvious mass, or peripancreatic fluid collection.
- The pancreatic duct is not dilated.
Spleen
- Normal size and density.
Adrenals
- Both adrenals are normal in size and shape.
Right Kidney
- Measures 8.8 x 3.7 cm.
- Pelvicalyceal system not dilated.
- Ureter is not dilated, no calculus seen, and the vesico-ureteric junction appears normal.
Left Kidney
- Measures 8 x 3.6 cm.
- Pelvicalyceal system not dilated.
Retroperitoneum
- No mass or lymphadenopathy seen.
Peritoneal Cavity
- No free fluid present.
- No obvious bowel wall thickening or dilatation.
- Bowel loops filled with oral positive contrast.
- No evidence of acute appendicitis.
Bladder
- Normal with no evidence of diverticulum or calculus.
Uterus
- Normal condition.
Right Adnexa
- An irregular peripherally enhancing cystic lesion measures 23 x 21 mm.
- Likely a corpus luteal cyst.
- Minimal free fluid in the pouch of Douglas.
Left Ovary
- Normal condition.
Bones and Lungs
- No lytic or sclerotic lesions in visualized bones.
- Visualized lung fields are clear with no pleural effusion.
Abdominal Wall
- Appears normal.
Impression
- Distal end common bile duct calculus at ampulla of Vater with extra- and intrahepatic biliary dilatation.
- CBD is dilated, measuring 12 mm in maximum diameter.
- Right ovarian corpus luteal cyst.
